We may retrieve this information from licensed credit bureaus such as Compuscan, in formats such as PDF, XML, or data strings to ensure accurate and fair evaluation.

Verification and Due Diligence

As part of our commitment to responsible lending, MKFS may perform independent verification of the information provided in your loan application. This due diligence ensures that our credit decisions are based on reliable and complete data.

Cross-Border Information Sharing

To conduct a thorough assessment, MKFS may share credit-related data with relevant affiliates and entities within the Compuscan Group, including those outside Namibia. This step is taken in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations, and only for legitimate lending purposes.
